Artist's Comments
PRO DEO ET PATRIA is Latin meaning "for god and country". This is the catholic prayer book that my great uncle got when he was in WW2. Sadly he died. I found a bunch of his old things when i was exploring my grandmothers basement and i decided to set a few things up and take pictures of it. On the computer i Reduced the noise, made the color less vibrant and smoothed some of the textures.
